Grimont srl informs you that the processing of your personal data, carried out through the website (“Site”) takes place in compliance with the applicable Privacy Law (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) and the Privacy Policy of the Site.

The Controller of personal data processing Grimont srl (“Titolare”), with registered office in Borgo Valbelluna BL in via dell’Artigiano 2. The DPO designated by the owner is Matteo Roncalli, reachable by ordinary mail at the headquarters of Grimont srl or via email at info@grimont.com Due to the processing activities carried out within Grimont srl, the Data Controller has deemed it necessary to designate, pursuant to art. 37 of the European Regulation, a Data Protection Officer.   1. Which data we process 


This data includes, in particular, name and surname, company, physical and digital contact details (e-mail address) entered through the forms on this site.

To allow us to relate to you, it is necessary that you consent to the processing of the data entered. In the absence of mandatory data or consent, we will not be able to proceed.

On the contrary, information about the further processing of personal data for profiling or commercial and promotional activities of our company and partner companies: if it decides not to supply them, there will be no consequences. In any case, the Data Controller may process, even without your prior consent, your data to comply with legal obligations, regulations and EU legislation, for the exercise of judicial rights, to pursue your legitimate interests and for all cases provided for in Articles 6 and 9 of the Regulation, where applicable. Processing is carried out using both IT and paper means, applying the security measures required by current legislation.

 Why do we process your data and how?

The Data are processed for the following purposes: to allow communication between you and Grimont srl through the forms on the site; the legal basis of the processing of your personal data for this purpose is your consent (articles 6.1. (a) of the EU Regulation); comply with legal obligations, regulations, or community legislation; the legal basis of the processing for these purposes is art. 6.1. (C) of the Regulations

The data may in any case be processed, even without your consent, to comply with laws, regulations and community regulations, (art. 6.1. (C) of the Regulations), to carry out statistics on the use of the Site and guarantee its functionality (Article 6.1 (f) of the Regulations) and defend their rights in court (articles 6.1. (f) and 9.2. (f) of the Regulations). Personal data is entered into the company information system in full compliance with applicable privacy legislation, including security and confidentiality profiles and based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency of processing.

The data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected; in any case the criterion used to determine this period is based on compliance with the terms allowed by the applicable laws and the principles of minimization of processing, limitation of conservation and rational management of the archives. All user data is also processed with paper and automated instruments, however, suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality.

I Dati sono accessibili al personale del Titolare, dai soci e dai consulenti nominati incaricati/delegati o in qualità di responsabili.
Tutti comunque sono autorizzati al trattamento, ed in particolare al personale appartenente alle categorie degli amministrativi, ai tecnici IT, al personale interno per attività di internal audit e compliance ed agli altri soggetti che necessitino di trattarli nello svolgimento delle relative mansioni.
I Dati potrebbero essere comunicati, anche in Paesi extra-UE (“Paesi Terzi”), a:
(i) istituzioni, autorità, enti pubblici per i loro fini istituzionali;
(ii) professionisti, collaboratori autonomi, anche in forma associata; soggetti terzi e fornitori di cui il Titolare si serve per la prestazione di servizi di natura commerciale, professionale e tecnica funzionali alla gestione del Sito e relative funzionalità (ad es. fornitori di servizi informatici e Cloud Computing), al perseguimento delle finalità sopra specificate e ai servizi da Lei richiesti;
(iii) terzi in caso di fusioni, acquisizioni, cessione di azienda o ramo di azienda, audit od altre operazioni straordinarie;
(iv) eventuali organismi di vigilanza, per il perseguimento delle proprie attività di vigilanza e di applicazione del Codice di Condotta.
(v) sponsor dei nostri eventi.

I Dati non sono condivisi con terzi, persone fisiche o giuridiche, che non svolgono per il Titolare alcuna funzione di carattere commerciale, professionale e tecnico. I soggetti che ricevono i Dati li trattano quali Titolari, Responsabili o autorizzati di trattamento, a seconda del caso, per le finalità sopra indicate e nel rispetto della Normativa Privacy applicabile.

Per quanto concerne l’eventuale trasferimento dei Dati verso Paesi Terzi, tra cui Paesi che potrebbero non garantire il medesimo livello di tutela previsto dalla Normativa Privacy applicabile, il Titolare rende noto che il trattamento avverrà comunque secondo una delle modalità consentite dal Regolamento, quali ad esempio il Suo consenso, l’adozione di Clausole Standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea, la selezione di soggetti aderenti a programmi internazionali per la libera circolazione dei dati, (es. EU-USA Privacy Shield) o operanti in Paesi considerati sicuri dalla Commissione Europea.

By contacting the Owner at the addresses indicated above, you may, at any time, exercise the rights recognized by the articles. 15-22. of the Regulations, such as knowing the updated list of subjects who can access your Data, obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, verify their content, origin, accuracy, location (also with reference to any third countries ), request a copy, request correction and, in the cases provided for by the law in force, limitation of processing, cancellation, opposition to direct contact activities (even limited to certain means of communication). Likewise, you can always report comments on specific uses of the data regarding particular personal situations deemed incorrect or not justified by the relationship in place to our company at info@grimont.com or to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal data. At any time you can revoke your consent already given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation of the consent.
